Delivery

We offer free delivery (3 – 5 working days) on all orders within the United Kingdom. If you require an expedited service, we also offer a next working day delivery within the UK for all orders placed before 1 pm on a weekday. The cost of this service is £6.95 and is available at check-out. International orders will be dispatched on an International Registered Service and may take 7 to 10 days in transit. Returns and Exchanges

We pride ourselves on our customer service and hope that you are delighted with your purchase. Having said that, we are consumers as well and we know that sometimes you just plain change your mind about things. Should you have a change of heart about our products, for any reason whatsoever, you can return your order to us within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund (original postage excepted). Please note that personalised designs are exempt and cannot be returned to us. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you send your parcel back and email us before posting, so that we can expect it.
